Performance Toolkit

Performance Toolkit is all about people. Business systems, processes, objectives, sales, and customer service are all important aspects of business but they all depend on people to make them happen. Even the most sophisticated technology needs people.

This is where Performance Toolkit comes in. We support you with the people aspect of your company, business, department or organisation, and in particular with your managers, leaders and future leaders. We help them to be the best they can be and to support their teams to do the same.

Often people are promoted to leadership positions by default. They are good in their particular area of the business or organisation, so they get promoted to a position leading or managing others. All of a sudden, not only do they have to do their own job but also help others do theirs!

It’s a bit like parenting. You don’t have to get qualified to do it and once you’re there it’s hard to turn back! However, just as in parenting you learn on the job, you also seek assistance through tools such as books and courses, and from others experienced in the area.

Performance Toolkit is all about people and leadership.

We can give your leaders the assistance and the tools needed to be great, and support teams to excel. It is still about learning on the job and making a few mistakes along the way, but we provide ongoing or one-off support though individual and team coaching programs, advanced and short courses and facilitation services.

We will help your leaders and managers be more equipped to do a good job and support their teams so they do their best for the company.

We believe that most people have the potential to be good leaders and have the right to great support and tools to be able to do that.
